Through the combination of letters and music, this concert tells the romantic story of Robert Schumann, Johannes Brahms and Clara Schumann, drawing parallels between their music and their complex history.  Close your eyes and allow yourself to feel the emotions. This project stems from my interest in the power of music in the Romantic era and the ways in which it can trigger various emotions within oneself. This curiosity led me to explore how harmony does affect a person’s emotion through its subtle permutations. I started improvising on chordal structures borrowed from the pieces i was playing, attempting to understand them both on a theoretical level as well as on a purely musical and emotional level. This led to the creation of five short pieces that are used in between the following listed songs :

 

“เชื่อว่า.. หลายๆคนคงเคยผ่านประสบการณ์รักสามเส้า ซึ่งไม่ได้แปลว่า การที่เราตกอยู่ในสภาวะรักสามเส้านั้น เราจำเป็นที่จะต้องเศร้าเสมอไป”

 

คอนเสิร์ตครั้งนี้จะเป็นการถ่ายทอดหลากหลายเรื่องราวและอารมณ์ความรู้สึกของ โรเบิร์ต ชูมันน์ โยฮันเนส บราห์ม และ คลาร่า ชูมันน์ ผ่านตัวอักษร และ ดนตรีที่มีอารมณ์ที่หลากหลายคลุกเคล้ากันไป หลับตา แล้วลองฟังสิ.. ลองคิด.. ว่าคุณรู้สึกอย่างไรกันนะ ?

จุดเริ่มต้นของงานคือสนใจในการใช้ ทำนองสอดประสานจากบทเพลงในยุคโรแมนติกที่สามารถสร้างอารมณ์ต่างๆที่หลากหลายให้แก่คนฟังได้ จึงเกิดข้อสงสัยว่าว่าทำนองสอดประสานนั้นมีผลต่ออารมณ์ของคนฟังอย่างไร? จึงใช้โครงงาน(Project)นี้พัฒนาในด้านการด้นสด (Improvise) จนเกิดขึ้นมาเป็นเพลงสั้นๆที่จะใช้คั่นระหว่าง เพลงที่จะเล่นในแต่ละเพลง ดังนี้
